✿ Prices may increase for more detailed backgrounds, character designs, or props

COMMISSION PROCESS

(1) SUBMIT A REQUEST THROUGH FORM

✿ Slots are limited; commissions are not first come first serve
✿ I have the right to refuse any request (if i feel i am unable to draw it in my style, etc.)
✿ If your request is accepted, I will contact you to discuss further details

(2) PAYMENT

✿ After the estimated price is given, payment needs to be received by 24 hours or you will be removed from the queue
✿ Payment is 100% upfront through KOFI and PAYPAL/STRIPE checkout
✿ No refunds will be issued once the sketching phase has started

(3) SKETCH PHASE

✿ Sketch with colors will be sent for approval
✿ Sketch can have up to 2 revisions

(4) COMMISSION IS COMPLETED

✿ Lineart + coloring is cleaned up
✿ Full resolution PNG is sent through email

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE

✿ I reserve the rights over the artwork and may use it for my KOFI sketchbook or social media posts
✿ Commissioned artwork is for your personal use only. commercial use can be discussed and will incur an extra fee
✿ Commissioned artwork cannot be used for NFT, cryptocurrency, or AI related content

GENERAL TERMS

✿ Prices can be updated every time a new batch is opened. It will never change during the commission process
✿ Expected turnaround is 4-8 weeks. I will give you a new deadline estimate if more time is needed due to health or workload
✿ I will contact you with progress updates. You can also check your position on the QUEUE which will be regularly updated
✿ I may work on personal drawings during this timeframe
✿ All guidelines are expected to be followed in a respectful manner; if any terms are violated i have the right to stop your commission process✿ Contact me with any questions!
